Fitbit Inspire HR not scrolling

My Fitbit Inspire HR is not letting me scroll through the screens. I have tried restarting it multiple times.

@Kayla222 Restarting usually does the trick, but since you tried that already, try changing your clock face. Let us know if that works!

I’m also having that problem. How do I restart?

@Jill26  Place your Inspire on the charger and hold the button on the side for 5 seconds. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
