SLEEP MODULE

I have an Inspire HR which I got a couple of months ago.

It no longer shows the sleep tracking module on my

dashboard and also refuses to connect with my internet.

I have searched in the community for answers but find

nothing that helps.  All my other devices connect with

my internet which is AT&T.  I have tried resetting the fitbit

and also checked that it has access to location.

@mgdie213 Check to make sure the sleep option is selected to show in the  app dashboard.  Select “Edit” in the top corner - if Sleep isn’t listed in the “Manage Today Items” then scroll to the bottom and hit Discover and select “Health and Fitness Stats” and checkmark Sleep.

Thanks so much for your reply.  I tried the steps you gave me but when I go to Discover the message says that my device has no internet connection.  All my other devices connect to my internet, but this one.  I have tried resetting my fitbit, but it still won't connect.  It did in the beginning, but then after several weeks dropped the connection and my sleep module disappeared.  Very frustrating 😤

Did you get to the bottom of this issue as I have the same problem. Getting to the stage where I could throw the bloody thing out the window!

No, I have not.....and am very frustrated and upset over the money I spent
on it. On top of the sleep issue it now also displays the wrong date. It
keeps telling me that it can't access the internet when all my other
devices have no problem with that.

I have exactly the same problem and like you have tried all the suggested steps to get it going again. I think I will be contacting them for a replacement as I have only had it since October.I wish I could suggest something else that would help us. CarolynSent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
