The screen on Fitbit HR flips, so now the button is on the left, not the right.  The Tech team says it can't happen but it DOES!!!!  Anybody figured out how to flip it back?

I noticed that you have already reached out to our customer support team, so I suggest having an open conversation with them to resolve the issue.

 

Also, I wanted to share a picture of the real Inspire HR, which shows that the button is always located on the left side of the device.
