Long time Fitbit user. Just bought an Inspire. Was not aware that it had to be paired to my phone first, and then to my PC.
Ok...
Went to the app store to grab the app but because my phone is old no compatible app to download.
What now?

Hi @Gef05 you can only download the app that is available for your mobile device's operating system. Android must be 8 or higher. You have a friend or family member, even a co-worker who could let you set up on their phone? Even so, not all computers let you sync the device.
