hi there, my inspire won’t hold its charge and the screen keeps glitching. Sometimes won’t even turn on. I’ve only had it since April and I’m really not impressed. It’s making me want to switch to an Apple Watch. Please help.

Hi @stobbecarlie, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear about the battery draining and screen issues that your Fitbit Inspire is experiencing. I totally understand how you feel about this.

 

Please restart your Fitbit Inspire as described in this help article in order to fix the screen issue.

 

After this, try the tips included in this help page in order to improve the battery life of your Fitbit device. Finally, monitor your Fitbit Inspire during the next 24 hours and see if the issues get fixed.
