After the recent update, my Fitbit hasn't been working as well.
It used to last around four days between charges, now it lasts less than half of one.
I can also no longer access any apps when scrolling. It simply moves between stats on the clock face.
I have attempted to reset it with the button, which does nothing, and cannot access the settings app to reset it that way. While it still syncs with the app, it is no longer working as well as it was.
Can anyone think of a way for me to fix this?

Hi @TryingMyBest97, I'm sorry to hear about the battery draining and screen issues that your Inspire HR has experienced. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track with a replacement unit soon.
