The one clip that goes into the band has broken. So now I can’t wear it on my wrist. I glued it on but that’s only temporary. I still have the box, quality did not seem good. Was hard to change the band and now it cracked.

Was a gift and don’t think still under warranty, seems customer support uses twitter so I will just have to call. Was wondering if a recall perhaps as was a common problem. Thanks
