Fitbit Inspire can't get started

Just got an inspire, have set up account. Charged the device. Nothing comes on the screen except the logo and web site address. I can't swipe on the screen and even when I press the button it doesn't shoe anything. Help please

Hi @Ccmmhh, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I appreciate the time spent trying to get the screen issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Since the screen only shows the Fitbit logo and the Fitbit website address, please restart your Fitbit Inspire as described in this help article. After this, make sure to follow the setup process as described in this help article and see if the screen shows the clock face and apps properly.
