I am having problems with my relatively new Fitbit Inspire. (Couple of weeks) I can turn it on with button on the side and see the time. I am not able to scroll or advance to see steps, water intake, or any of the other options. Please help

Let me help you with your Inspire screen not working. Please restart it by following these instructions and see how it behaves after this.

Thanks for your response and recommendations. Before I received the recommendations, I put the tracker on the charger and left it the entire day. When I returned tonight, I was able to scroll through all the options. Not sure if this was a coincidence, but the tracker is working correctly. I hope the tracker continues to work correctly. Will use the recommendation you sent if needed again.
Thanks again

Having same problem. Tried the reset and never got the smilie face. Also no change. Only had it a couple weeks.

I am having the same problem. Had my Inspire for less than 2 months. Now it will only show the time. Tried to restart with no luck.

I just changed the clock face from the app and it's working again. Try that.
