Fitbit Inspire feedback

Hey guys, I got an Inspire as a gift for Christmas and I think we're gonna send it back.

I've previously used a Surge and besides it being too big on my wrist it worked perfectly. 

The Inspire doesn't seem to log steps correctly and seeing as it's the only thing that it's mega useful for (correct me if I'm wrong about that) it's quite disappointing. I've also had to reset it 3 times in the last 3 days to even get it to log steps at all.. Am I doing something wrong?

I'm glad to hear that you were a Fitbit Surge user, that was also a great model. 👍

 

You've done an excellent job troubleshooting your Fitbit, this is not an expected behavior. But since those steps didn't solve the issues you're having with your Inspire, I've requested to our support team to create a case on your behalf. You should soon receive an email from customer support. They will be glad to give you a hand with this.
