Fitbit Inspire is stuck on the setup process

The Inspire has been set up and sync's to both a Samsung tablet and an ASUS laptop. However, the screen on the tacker itself will not get past the "www.fitbit.com/setup" display.

 

I have uninstalled the app on the computer, logged out, then logged back in again. I have put the Fitbit account on a different device. The Fitbit is fully charged. please help, I am pulling my hair out!

Hi @kimmyk2021, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Since you mentioned that you already downloaded the Fitbit app, please restart your Fitbit Inspire as described in this help article. After this, make sure that you are following the setup process as instructed in this help page and see if the issue gets fixed.
