I have had my Fitbit Inspire just over 24 hours and have become increasingly infuriated with how inconsistent and energy draining it is to try and get the watch and app to sync properly. I must have turned my Bluetooth on and off at least 20 times.
My steps are accurate and consistent between the two, but my hourly activity and weekly exercise is way off and nothing on the troubleshooting pages has changed this.
I don't know why syncing is so difficult! This has been a bad start to my fitbit relationship.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat and email. In case the issue persists, please reply to their last email and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
