Fitbit Inspire no longer automatically recognizing exercise

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Recently upgraded to iphone 11, fitbit and phone syncs fine. But, the fitbit app no longer recognizes "exercise". Still counts my steps and recognizes "active minutes." My settings are all to automatically recognize exercise once I hit 10 minutes. Any solutions? Already tried resetting, disconnecting from bluetooth, re-downloaded fitbit app... help plz!
