Fitbit Inspire not charging

Hello,

 

my less-than-a-month old fit bit inspire is not charging. It’s at 14% right now and every time I try to charge it, it doesn’t even recognize it’s plugged in. 

I’ve troubleshooted using all the tips here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1190.htm?Highlight=charge

 

This is the 3rd Fitbit device I have had over the past 5 years. My Fitbit one lasted 4 years 10 months (until I lost it). Hoping this one has a simple fix.

Hi @Broccoli2828  Fitbit support can see things on their end to better assist you. They might know how your battery looked last time you were able to charge it. So, get with them. I'd tell you to restart the device, but if the charger isn't working, then it's not going to help you.

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
