Hi
I have recently purchased a Fitbit Inspire and I am experiencing difficulty connecting to the device. I have reset the device, as indicated in one of the chats, however am still unable to connect.
Any suggestions on how else to add a new device?

Hi, @Preds! I had a bit of difficulty getting mine to connect, too. Several restarts did help for me. Also, make sure you don't have any other bluetooth devices nearby, if you can. They can interfere with the connection. Also, I would suggest checking your phone's bluetooth connection to make sure it's seeing the tracker. You can also try restarting your phone and your phone's bluetooth.
