After less than a year of use, Fitbit Inspire stopped being able to sync with the PC app unless it was physically connected, now it has stopped counting steps at all. I've done multiple resets, walked several miles on several occasions, and the counter still says 0 steps. Is there any other option for getting it working, or do I just throw it away? Very frustrated.

To add - if I restart it four or five times in succession, it will sometimes count the first ten or so steps after I get up and start moving, then stop.
