@MrsBroomer Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the screen and charging issues that your Fitbit Inspire has experienced, I'd like to know if it vibrates when you put it on the charger.
In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Fitbit device for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

No the Fitbit is not vibrating when connected to charger - I have cleaned it as per the instructions and also tried the reset when on charger and there is no response from the Fitbit at all. Thanks
