my fitbit stopped swiping a few days ago. It’s been 9 months since i received it as a gift, so i regrettably no longer have the box - if i needed any info that came inside, i don’t know. Today i find what i thought was a solution in this forum. However, it’s caused an additional problem. Right after second attempt at resetting the fitbit, the screen became possessed. Is as though it’s being pressed and swiped at the same time. In the last sync before unpairing for good, the app itself has now started lagging.
Is there any way to fix this?

Hi @TurtleSnugz, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the screen issue that your Fitbit Inspire has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
