I am trying to add Inspire to my account that has already got an Aria attached. I am using my laptop on Windows 10. After following instructions the device after charging only shows the Fitbit logo with the fitbit.com/setup. My laptop is aware of the device and will sync to it but I can get no icons or other movement from the device itself. I am awaiting response from support but so far all they have offered is to connect to another device, an android one. I just want to use the device the same way the Alta does using my laptop.

You can't have two devices on the same account. You will have to delete the Alta before you can add the Inspire.

Thanks for your reply but I already have 2 other devices on my account. I have circumvented my problem by setting up on an android device. That works, it seems set up on windows does not work.
