How do I disable SmartTrack on Inspire

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I find the SmartTrack feature kind of annoying to use, and I would prefer to tap "Walk" instead of it saying I did a sport and then having to change it. Does anyone know how I can disable it? Help would be appreciated.

On phone app, tap Days of Exercise tile, then gear icon near top right, then tap any exercise you don't want and turn off auto-recognize.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I should rephrase my issue. I do not like not having an exercise button. Is there a way to enable it?

Sorry, but I don't understand what you mean by the exercise button.  Are you talking about on the phone app or on the Inspire itself?  And do you mean a choice in a menu?
