The 1st inspire delivered didn't work and when I ordered for a replacement, amazon sent a one which was broken. The package itself was torn and dirty. The extra strap and it's charger were dusty without the plastic cover and broken.

This is what I received as a replacement.

Pathetic service, highly disappointing!

Hi @Sjjjj  you received this broken Fitbit replacement from Amazon directly? If so, then you need to take it up with them.
