Fitbit Inspire suddenly not syncing

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've had my Inspire for about a year and have had no problems with it at all until earlier today when it stopped syncing and my iPhone app says "device not found".  I've have checked the bluetooth tab and turned it off and on again.  I have also deleted the fitbit app and reinstalled it but it is still saying device not found.  Any help on how to correct this?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Marisaj69.

I am sorry to hear your Fitbit Inspire suddenly stopped syncing. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help. I recommend trying the following:

  • Restart your phone
  • "Forget" the Fitbit Inspire in the phone's Bluetooth settings (On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device)
  • Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again.
  • Restart your device using this procedure: How do I restart my tracker?

You can confirm the complete troubleshooting instructions at Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.
