Fitbit Inspire touch screen not working

Received my fitbit inspire today but the touch screen isn't working, I'm unable to scroll through the different features

Hi, thanks all sorted now, contacted customer service who confirmed it was a faulty fitbit so I took it back to the store I got it from for and exchanged it.
