I just so happened to be doing the same thing. So here is what I believe is happening. What once was just purchasing an item and enjoy your product. They are now wanting us to purchase a monthly subscription to now USE the devices. When did that happen? I’m over it!

Best Answerall of a sudden this morning it won't do anything. it keeps suggesting i update my software (which has NEVER worked, so i finally gave up) and now it won't sync. It has been touchy, works for a week like a charm and then 3 weeks of difficulty. I'm about to give up. I use to track fitness but MOSTLY sleep, there's got to be an option out there that works CONSISTENTLY. So frustrated.

Best AnswerI have not been able to sync mine for 3 wks now, tried the turning Bluetooth off etc, uninstalling my fitbit, can't get it paired again now, soo bloody frustrating! Fitbit need to get this problem sorted out pronto!
