Fitbit Inspire won't sync

Hi all, my son's (10) new Inspire will not synced to my phone anymore. Bluetooth is active. It was able to sync last week, now the date and time has changed and my app just keeps telling me it's unable to sync. It's only 4 weeks old so that's not the issue. I have made sure my phone Is still compatible, I have checked all the Bluetooth settings and it is still paired, I have rebooted my phone. Everything.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @SammiN.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to solve the issue. If you continue experiencing difficulties with syncing, please follow the complete troubleshooting instructions at Why won't my Fitbit device sync? If the tracker is still showing the wrong time and date after syncing, please try the additional troubleshooting steps here

Please note that similar to many online services, our Terms of Service don't allow customers who are under the minimum age to create standard Fitbit accounts. The minimum age is 13 (customers in the EU may have different minimum age guidelines based on their country). If you want to create an account for your child, please consider Fitbit Ace 2, which is designed for kids 6 and up, or Fitbit Ace, which is designed for kids 8 and up. For more information, see How do I get started with Fitbit kids devices?

Let me know how it goes.
