The app is forwarding my unrelated email messages from my phone to the wrist device. How can I stop this please?

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I recommend doing the following:

 

1. With your Fitbit device nearby, tap the Today tab in the Fitbit app > your profile picture.
2. Tap your device image > Notifications. 
3. Tap "Emails" and turn off this option. 
4. Sync your device.
