I've had my device for a few months with no issues. Since 1st January tracker won't sync. I've tried restart, also tried reinstalling the app no joy. Tried pairing with Bluetooth message states. Couldn't pair. Check settings for this device and try again. What settings and where do I find them.

Mine won't pair eitha been trying for days and it keeps crashing I carnt find no other setting I've rebooted my phone and still nothing, I just don't know what more to do I even switch to mobile data and that has worked in the past but not this time, I give up!!!!

I received my Fitbit for Christmas. Today, I have tried to set up and pair but cannot connect. Fitbit won't even turn on?

I've had mine since July and some times struggle to pair it to my phone I'm using a P20 Pro but I also have the fitbit app on my ipad and remembered the watch pairs better on my ipad so after a week of trying to pair them I have charged my ipad and its paired straight away, I just don't know why it won't pair wi my phone on android.

Great news. My tracker is now working. Dont know how but it is. Just checked my app and device is syncing.
