I have called tech support for a sleep app problem and the the automated operator tool me it would be 11 minutes, but it has been 1 hour and 46 minutes. Either the Fitbit techs are extremely busy or I have been forgotten.
What is the best time to call to get support?

Hi @JRW I dont know! I expect it depends on where you are, how many staff are on etc. Id advise trying again later or using a different method to contact them.
