My Fitbit automatically entered the Fitbit running mode and now I can’t get out. I’m really frustrated. Please help me.

Press the left button a couple of times until see "Finish".

Left button gets you of most things on Charge 3, oops - same for Inspire.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
