My Fitbit Inspire HR screen has stopped working. It's no longer showing any data and I've attempted to restart it several times. However, its' not working. Does anyone have any info on how I can contact customer service directly? I need to get this fixed. I have a warranty.
Best AnswerIt turned on for one day and worked fine. Yesterday the whole device stopped working. Attempted to get in touch with customer service but the only way I could find was through twitter which I don’t use. Very frustrating
Best AnswerMe too. I bought mine several months ago, and it’s gotten worse and worse. It would collect information but not display it on screen, just on my devices. Now, today the screen shows most data, but not steps. And other problems.
