My Fitbit Inspire HR screen has stopped working. It's no longer showing any data and I've attempted to restart it several times. However, its' not working. Does anyone have any info on how I can contact customer service directly? I need to get this fixed. I have a warranty.

This has happened to me before, when I first had the inspire hr, the screen would go black, it would turn back on within 2 hrs of the screen turning off.... has it turned back on yet??

Mine too as of yesterday, only 4 months old.

It turned on for one day and worked fine. Yesterday the whole device stopped working. Attempted to get in touch with customer service but the only way I could find was through twitter which I don’t use. Very frustrating

Me too. I bought mine several months ago, and it’s gotten worse and worse. It would collect information but not display it on screen, just on my devices. Now, today the screen shows most data, but not steps. And other problems.

I meant to say my iPad shows all today’s data except steps. Fitbit screen still black.

Mine was working fine until I recharged it. On the app it is giving me info, but the click face is still black. The app says it is fully charged. I will put it on and see what happens the rest of the day.
