The last two nights my fit bit recorded no sleep time before 1:00am  even though I was asleep by 10:30. How do I fix?

Mine hasn't tracked sleep for days and says it's not synced but tried restarting both my phone and watch and neither helps

I had a similar problem (twice) I did an online Chat and both times the
tech was able to do 'something' and it was fixed.
