I have a Fitbit inspire and my Fitbit app is updated with latest version.
Today on both my IPhone 10 and my iPad the app will open for a couple of seconds and then close. I have switched off blue too, switched off iPhone and nothing works. Now Fitbit won’t pair when I switched Bluetooth back on. Please help asap
Best AnswerMy inspire HR is working but app won’t work on IPhone or IPad and with Bluetooth back on neither iPhone or iPad can pair to inspire HR.
I have managed to see my Fitbit account on Fitbit.com website but can’t seem to find on there how to sync/ pair a device.
So frustrating. I have never had a problem with the app before.
Best AnswerJust an update. Woke up this morning and tried again and amazingly the app seems to be working again! Hopefully that continues
