My Fitbit is Inspire HR. I have tried all of the options suggested from others here, eg FORCESTOP the app (nothing happens), turn off bluetooth from settings, shut down phone and restart etc. does not help. It did not even uninstall when I was thinking to reinstall the app.
Also have reset the fitbit wristband but it did not fix the app.
I have been using the Fitbit on my Huawei p10 lite successfully for about one and a half years, but now the app will not open!
I tried to use the CHAT function under help but couldn't get help. Also a USA phone number was not ideal given I am in New Zealand.

Having had no replies, I removed the Fitbit app and reinstalled it from Playstore. It now seems to be going fine.
