Hi their I have an inspire 2 and I have had it for a year and I was going to connect it to my android tablet but when I prees setup inspire it just goes back to the menu I have tried everything but nothing works my tablet that I have is a lenovo tab_a2 running Android KitKat 4.4.2 plus I had to install the app though a

file as I can't download it google play

The fitbit app is not available for android 4.4.2 KitKat. Installing the file from the web makes no difference. You need a newer device with the Fitbit app sync your inspire 2.
