Hi guys, new to Fitbit here!

So many issues in set up but think I’m finally sorted. 
App is up and running and syncing with my tracker.

Now I want to link my tracker to Nutracheck app. I’ve allowed all pets missions so when I messaged Nutracheck, they said to check it’s synced with Fitbit.com.

When I log in to Fitbit.com, none of the app stats are showing there. I try to change my clock from 12 to 24 hours too - nothing. Please help! Why aren’t the two communicating?
