Hi, my Daughters both have Fitbit Inspires which were brought in 2020 and both have issues.
1 - won't turn on or reset when charged according to instructions. (purchased 07/08/2020) hasn't been working for ages.
2 - the plastic is broken on the watch where the band connects. (purchased 15/10/2020) first worn Christmas day 2020.
Is there anything that can be done. I hear that there is a 2 year warranty?

The standard warranty is 1 year but it's 2 years in Europe. If you are then claims can be made via contact.fitbit.com
