My Fitbit hear rate stopped after one week only of my purchase. I read several posts in the forum and tried to follow and apply some troubleshooting. Nothing is working mainly because I cannot find anything where they say they are. I tried to apply the following:
- Clear the data on your device:
1. On Inspire HR, open the Settings app > Clear User Data. (Where is the setting app??!!! - I literally cannot find the setting icon anywhere!)
2. When prompted, press the screen for 3 seconds, then release. When Inspire HR vibrates and
you see the clock screen, your data is erased.
- Restart the tracker: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
- Turn the heart rate sensor off and then back on: Setting app > Heart Rate (Again, I cannot find neither setting app nor heart rate to turn on or off)
Please help!! This is so disappointing. I bought this fitbit mainly for this heart beat feature 😞

@basmahajir I can't answer your question completely, as I don't have an Inspire HR on my account. But I can help you find the Settings app.
Swipe down on the clock face until you get to the Settings (gear)
