I have been trying to get Notifications working and have just started getting the above message in the fitbit app on my Android phone, telling me that a restart is required on my phone.
I have restarted the phone but still get the message. Does anyone have any idea of the cause and solution?

I have restarted, uninstalled the app, synced and un-synced the Fitbit. Nothing works. Mine worked for almost a week, then stopped. Call notifications still work, but no texts notifications come through. Have you tried checking to make sure you are allowing permission for the Fitbit to access call logs and such?

Worked for almost a week. I wish I was so lucky.
Thank you for the suggestion but it is back in the box ready to be returned from whence it came.
