I'm new to having a Fitbit. Have a question about the heart rate graph display.
When I look at the heart rate graph for a particular exercise session, there's the jagged line graph, colored to show whether that part of the heart rate is in the Fat Burn, Cardio or Peak zones. then just above the highest point on the graph is a small thick arrow with a number inside it. Is that the session's highest heart rate that I reached?

Hello @JimboNJ and welcome to the Help forums. You are correct. That is exactly what you are seeing. Did you notice that it is color coded to reflect fat burn (yellow), cardio (orange), or peak (red)? If you see dashed lines with heart rate numbers on the left, those are the heart rates where you go from fat burn -> cardio -> peak, based on your age.

LZeeW, Thanks for the rapid reply! this helps. I am very fit for my age but have only been running for twelve weeks. I want to work out without injury or risk. Using the accumulated heart data from the Inspire HR is helping me set a true max heart rate.
