Hi All,
I just got my Fitbit Inspire HR yesterday. Out of the box, the icons (exercise, steps, calories, etc.) were working, but now, when I tap them, nothing happens. If I switch to settings, I can turn notifications on and off--it just seems to be the icons.
I have tried rebooting the device using the button but that didn't help. Is there anything else I can do or is this a defective device?
Thanks!

I expect it is working correctly.
From main clock face, when you scroll down (swipe up), it shows the 'Today' section, with steps, heart rate, calories, etc. The only one of these that is tappable for more information is the last one, hours with 250+ steps. Tapping that switches between # of hours with 250+ steps, and steps this hour (at least until reach 250).
From clock face, if you scroll up (swipe down), it takes you to the apps which I believe are all tappable for actions.
If you are in a web browser, tap 'Help' near top right of this screen, then Inspire HR for more on this tracker. Also a link to the PDF manual which includes a diagram of screen navigation.

Thanks very much! Also, I would like to track kickboxing on the device as I've read online that that is possible with the Inspire HR. However, when I go to "add exercise shortcuts," there are only 6 basic options (as opposed to 15 like others say there are). Any idea how I can access the remaining exercise options?
Thanks again!

You can only have 6 different ones on your device at a time, but you can choose which 6 from a bigger list.
See How do I change or reorder the exercises in the Exercise app?
Note if you have max number of choices now, you will have to remove one of the choices before you can see all the others.

Thanks! I didn't realize I had to remove one to see the rest.
