Inspire STILL not working

I have been trying for 24 hours to setup pair and sync this inspire he and can't get it to do anything.  It refuses to pair with my phone tablet or computer.  My devices can't even find it.   It will not sync.  I can not even get it to turn off to restart it this morning.  I have followed every step every tip and nothing.  I need serious help or maybe I just need to return it and get something else... Worst present ever... So disappointed.

I'm sorry nobody has responded to your query for help. I wrote of a similar problem yesterday that nobody responded to with help also. When looking through these posts, it seems that many, many folks have the same issues. Odd that there isn't a simple explanation.

The fact that Google has just bought Fitbit does NOT fill me with confidence and hope.

I will be returning my Fitbit.

Thank you for your reply....since I received NO help from FITBIT staff or customer support...very discouraging...
