My Fitbit inspire 2 heart rate was at 100 before I went to bed woke up at 2am and it was at 165 and keeps going up I took it off and cleaned the sensor but it didn't do anything rn it's at 201 and off my body what's going on? about gave me a freaking heart attack

Oh dear, @Dragongc , don’t have a heart attack!  Remember that your FitBit is not a medical device, and things can go wrong - and it certainly sounds like something is wrong!  In the first place, please try a restart.  Instructions here . 

Also it is worth toggling the heart rate feature off and then on again (swipe down until you come to “settings” - you’ll find heart rate there.
