My new inspire that I just got is not doing the quick view. It was at first but I wasn’t getting notifications on my Fitbit. We got the notifications fixed but now my quick view isn’t working.

Hold in left button a few seconds; look for 'Screen Wake'; tap to toggle on or off;

but be careful not to toggle notifications off again too.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
