I recently acquired a Fitbit inspire and the first week it was tracking exercise using the auto recognition but it would not always be accurate and would sometimes out my walk as a run even though I do not walk that fast.
Now it does not even recognise any exercise at all.
I have tried many things changing the time of sorrow recognition from 15 min to 10 min
Uninstall Fitbit app and restart my phone
I have enable location for the app also
I currently do about 50-80 min of active min mainly walking outdoor but still nothing shows up in the app or the dash board
In parallèle I used the Google fit app today and it did register my exercise unlike Fitbit
I use it when a clip on clip move it on the wrist
Neither of them works.
My husband has the same Fitbit inspire and his records his exercise.
What could be the issues?
Fits the smart track works on clip move?
Any help us much appreciated
