Fitbit inspire wrong time

I’ve had nothing but trouble with my inspire HR from the beginning. It won’t sync with 2 devices I have an ipad and iPhone and it will only sync with one which is annoying. But worst is that over the last few days it has lost 1/2 in time. I’ve tried resynching but it’s made no difference. This Fitbit isn’t fit for purpose. Anyone got any solutions? Pretty cross about it as it’s not the basic model.

My inspire HR is running 12 hours late - showing the time as 05:15 instead of 17:15 only noticed today.

 

Might be bug from the recent update that added a second time and date screen?

 

I’ve tried changing time zones and then back to the right one, restarting and changing the clock face.

 

Can anyone help please?
