My Inspire has stopped tracking the route of my runs. I open the app on my phone and ensure it is connected to the Inspire. I feel the Inspire buzz and it says “connected”. I then press start and begin to run and almost immediately the Inspire buzzes again. When I complete my run I stop the exercise routine and it has the details of run but no map.

Hi @ballycastle, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Inspire since it won't provide GPS data, even though you have made sure that the GPS is connected.
Please restart your Fitbit device as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how the GPS feature works on your Fitbit device and it also has a list of the Fitbit devices that have this feature. Do you have a Fitbit Inspire or an Inspire HR?
