I was bought a Fitbit inspire and less than two weeks later the strap came away from the watch while I was trying to fasten it. Someone has looked at it for me and apparently the hole where the pin goes is misshapen and so the pin just slides out. Unfortunately the receipt wasn't kept and it was paid for with cash so the shop won't help,what can I  do?
