I have a block with an X in it and my Fitbit keeps vibrating, not sure how to fix this, please help

Please restart your device in order to stop the vibration and to remove the x. Could you also please send me a picture of your device?

Mine does the same thing.   Usually after I start a run or a ride.   It vibrates for several minutes seemingly at random.   Sometimes just a few seconds apart.   Today I pushed the button after it buzzed and noticed a small box in the lower left of the display that is flipping back and forth from having an X to a Check mark.   My phone is less than 2 feet away from the fitbit and I don't think it has a connection issue.    I have GPS turned on for both riding and running.
