Fitbit software is terrible

So I had an Inspire and it wasn’t registering the activities properly or downloading to the Fitbit log. After 6 months of Fitbit IT not figuring out the problem I got an Inspire 2 in case there was an issue with my older Fitbit.  It still isn’t right. I got 17000 steps today. Online with Fitbit shows ZERO steps and shows my activity as a bike ride. I used the Inspire2 with the pocket clip. What has happened to Fitbit? It use to work perfectly. All seemed to go downhill when Google bought it. Anyone have suggestions on how to fix? I’ve done the reboot, disconnect, and app delete and reload thing multiple times. Seems to be an issue at Fitbit. Device shows proper steps. Help!!!!!

Hi, @Danv727 , have you checked to confirm that your Inspire 2 has synced?  If it hasn’t synced that would explain why your device is showing the steps but not your app.  If you click on the device icon in your app it will give you the time and date of the last sync.

It shows the sync occurred. And shows the steps on the Fitbit app and top of website. See bar chart below that shows steps. Activity log is all jacked up.
